AURA Tokens are collectively entitled to 30% of the profits and loss of Aura Holdings SPC which will be maintained and reported by Aura Holdings SPC on the company Balance Sheet as “Retained Earnings for Token Holders” with distributions made when cash-flow reserves are deemed sufficient as determined by management. As Asset Managers for the various portfolios, Performance Fees based on actual results of building portfolio value and allocation of each token placed in the Aura parent level portfolio will benefit the Aura token.
Tokens were issued in early 2024 as SEC-compliant Reg D 506c / Reg S offerings. These are Real-World Asset (RWA) backed tokens which pay quarterly distributions (similar to dividends) to investors with tokens held in wallets registered with Monetaforge.
