Token Benefits

TKP1 Tokens are collectively entitled to the value of the interest accrued each quarter, and the return of the Token Holder’s initial capital. This will be a long-term investment where the cash funding from the sale of TKP1 will be utilized by the Officers of the Company to generate revenues from the sale of precious metals.

Koastal Partners LLCare offering up to 500,000 Tokens at an offering price of $10 per Token with the ability to increase the maximum amount of the offering without notice to, or consent by, investors. 

The offering price of the Tokens has been arbitrarily established by us after giving consideration to numerous factors, including market conditions and the perceived valuations. The offering price of the Tokens may not be in any way indicative of the Company’s or Portfolio’s actual value or the value of the Tokens following the completion of this Offering.

Token Entitlements

An annual simple interest rate of ten percent (10%) of the Offerings Price (“Annual Interest”), paid quarterly during the Token Lifetime

An annual payment of a Discretionary Company Performance Amount calculated as: (Offering Price x The Number of TKP1 Tokens Held) x between 1% and 5%, with the percentage to be determined by the Company in its sole discretion

Receive a return of the Offering Price at the end of the Token Lifetime

No other rights are attached to ownership of the Tokens. See the Statement of Entitlements for TKP1for more details.

1. All distributions are subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations set forth in the Statement of Entitlement
2. Token ownership does not confer any ownership, equity or governance rights in the Company
3. Distributions may be subject to applicable taxes, for which the token Holder is solely responsible
