Monetacoin is the first Token now offered via Monetaforge Investor platform and is entitled to sharing a portion of the profits and loss of Moneta which will be maintained and reported by Moneta on the company Balance Sheet as “Retained Earnings for Token Holders” with intended distributions to be made when cash-flow reserves are deemed sufficient as determined by management. Moneta is building a portfolio of companies and assets under management. Moneta is the parent of Monetaforge which collects DMIA services fees in the form of FIAT and Token allocations, thereby Monetacoin will benefit from all Moneta Community Tokens that are offered via Monetaforge.

1. The Token Holders, as a group, will be entitled to 20% of the Company Net Profit(Loss) as calculated and reported on the Company Income Statement by the CFO, allocated to and maintained over time as “Retained Earnings for Token Holders” on the Company Balance Sheet, with a portion of Distributions of such “Retained Earnings for Token Holders” will be made when cash flow reserves are sufficient, as determined by the Company management.
2. Net Profit(Loss) of the Company to be calculated in accordance with Sound Accounting Principles by the CFO of the Company.
3. To receive a distribution, if any, from the Company (whether directly or indirectly), the Token Holder must be on record as a Token Holder as determined by the blockchain analysis at the precise time as stated in the given Distribution Declaration.
4. The Token Holder distribution is to be calculated in accordance with Sound Accounting Principles and paid pro rata to Token Holders (each such distribution a “Periodic Distribution”).
5. The Company shall calculate and pay the Periodic Distributions when the cash-flow reserves are sufficient and such a distribution will not severely impact the ability for the Company to maintain the portfolio of investments at a level to enable growth and meet operational needs.
6. The majority of the assets maintained within the Company portfolio are expected to be illiquid or assets it prefers to hold for the long term. Therefore, Distributions will be limited to available liquid reserves. 
7. Any Distributions will be determined by management and mostly allocated out of FIAT based cash investments.
8. Any FIAT cash based allocations for the Distributions will be exchanged to digital crypto currencies that can be distributed directly to the Token Holder wallet.
9. The Company reserves the right to pay distributions when it deems wise and at its sole discretion.
10. The record date to determine Token Holders eligible to receive each Distribution will be announced in advance by the Company on the Company website and other forums of reporting of the Company Financials.
11. The Company will pay each Periodic Distribution to each eligible Token Holder’s Token holding wallet after determination of the eligible holders;
12. The Company will provide a report for each Periodic Distribution summarizing the calculation of the distribution amount.
