Monetacoin Token Holders, collectively, are entitled to 20% of the Moneta company Net Profit(Loss) as calculated and reported on the Company Income Statement, allocated to and maintained over time as “Retained Earnings for Token Holders” on the Company Balance Sheet, with a portion of Distributions of such “Retained Earnings for Token Holders” made when cash flow reserves are sufficient, as determined by the Company management.
Tokens were issued in early 2024 as SEC-compliant Reg D 506c / Reg S offerings. These are Real-World Asset (RWA) backed tokens which pay quarterly distributions (similar to dividends) to investors with tokens held in wallets registered with Monetaforge.
