Scion Token is entitled to 100% of the value of the Scion portfolio managed within Aura Holdings SPC. This portfolio will focus on high value illiquid assets for long term hold combined with cash funding placed in various Trading strategies to generate cash reserves. The plan is for profit distributions to token holders to be made when gains and cash-flow reserves are deemed sufficient as determined by management.
Tokens were issued in early 2024 as SEC-compliant Reg D 506c / Reg S offerings. These are Real-World Asset (RWA) backed tokens which pay quarterly distributions (similar to dividends) to investors with tokens held in wallets registered with Monetaforge.
The Token Portfolio of Scion includes tokenized assets such as PLG and GG95A, plus has funds in both a cash account and Forge (Trading) Strategy participation account. The PLG and GG95A tokens have both underlying assets and funds in trading strategies generating gains to fund distributions. These collective assets, trading strategy, and expected distributions help build the Scion Token Portfolio underlying value and liquid funds that will help fund future distributions to token holders.
The word Scion means an offshoot or heir of great wealth and power. The Scion token (with Entitlements to the Scion token portfolio) is the heir and offshoot of a collection of assets brought together by people with several years of experience and commitment to building portfolio value.
