Vi Gold (VIG) Tokens are collectively entitled to the value of the Vi Gold portfolio within Aura Holdings SPC. This portfolio focuses on buying, selling and trading physical Gold, Paper Gold, and CFD Gold (XAUUSD). Excess cash reserves may also be allocated to trading strategies to generate additional cash reserves. The intended plan for some profit distributions to token holders will be made when excess cash-flow reserves are deemed sufficient as determined by management.
Tokens were issued in early 2024 as SEC-compliant Reg D 506c / Reg S offerings. These are Real-World Asset (RWA) backed tokens which pay quarterly distributions (similar to dividends) to investors with tokens held in wallets registered with Monetaforge.
